A new residential estate will soon be released at beautiful Mollymook Beach.
Fairways Estate is expected to be a popular destination for families seeking surf and sun, as well as retirees looking for a home site near the championship Hilltop Golf Course.
According to selling agent Ben Pryde from Raine & Horne Mollymook Milton, the suburb of Mollymook Beach is hot property, with limited residential blocks on offer.
